The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferrat lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Diaz at a distance.
Diaz gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Ferrat counters with a three punch combo that has Diaz backing up. Diaz nods at Ferrat to acknowledge the strikes.
Diaz shoots and misses
letting Ferrat counter with a right hand.
It looks like Nate Diaz has been cut.
Diaz misses with a takedown
and Ferrat comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Diaz stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Ferrat is on him like rabid pit bull! Diaz slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
