Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Macapinlac Co (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slawek Tall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Co ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tall moves away.
Co misses with a two punch combination.
Co lands the left hand.
Co falls off balance throwing a combination

and Tall counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Tall lands strikes from half guard.
Tall thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Co's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Co regains full guard. Nicely done.
Co is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Tall thows a big elbow that misses.

Co decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tall, up you get!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Macapinlac Co seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tall blocks a head kick by Co.
Tall gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Co counters with a series of strikes. Tall will be more careful next time no doubt.

It looks like Slawek Tall has been cut.
Co throws a right hand that Tall ducks under and follows up with a left that Tall also avoids with ease.

Tall really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Co. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tall is nestled in close to Co, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

No joy there for Co, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Co comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Tall throws and elbow that misses. Co uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tall's guard. Nice move by Co!

Co throws a strike but Tall rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

and Tall counters with a single leg into guard. Co didn't expect that.
Slawek Tall has got the better of the ground game so far.
Co is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Tall trying to control the position from guard on top but Co is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Co pulls Tall in to control the position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Tall with a flurry of punches that miss.
Co manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tall manages to get himself to full guard.

Tall walks into a stiff left hand from Co.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Co's jab looks to have found its range, popping Tall under the eye.

Co is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

and Tall holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Co wants to break free but Tall has control.

Co has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Co's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Tall counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Co wants to stand and escape but Tall is having none of it.
Co lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Tall!

That has opened up Slawek Tall's cut even more.
