Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Islavaly ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Forte moves away.
Forte ducks under a wild hook from Islavaly.
Islavaly misses with a two punch combination.
Islavaly lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Jason Forte has been cut.
Forte tries for a takedown but Islavaly circles away easily
and Islavaly connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Islavaly just misses with a punch to the body.
Forte uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Islavaly.
Forte gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Islavaly counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

and Forte counters by clinching up.
Islavaly can't break the clinch.
Islavaly wants to break free but Forte has control.
Forte has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Islavaly avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Islavaly rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Forte moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The fighters circling - Islavaly throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Forte counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Forte will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Forte wants to work for an arm triangle but Islavaly is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Forte drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Islavaly manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Forte has Islavaly in his guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Forte manages to escape and get back to his feet.

and Islavaly connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Islavaly lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Islavaly misses with an uppercut.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pear Islavaly dominated that round.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Islavaly might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

OH! Forte has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Islavaly smells blood and charges in for the finish! Islavaly unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Forte sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
