Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vadik Halikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bushido Sebek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Vadik Halikov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bushido Sebek! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Mauricio Rocha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Halikov throws a combination that misses and Sebek counters with a body kick that stops Halikov in his tracks momentarily. Halikov displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Halikov has a takedown stuffed. Halikov shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Halikov moves out of range of the body kick from Sebek.

Halikov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sebek misses with a hook. Halikov ducked under it nicely. Halikov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Halikov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Halikov is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Sebek has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Sebek! Halikov could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Sebek would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Halikov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sebek gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Halikov looking for a guillotine here but Sebek defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sebek looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Sebek decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Sebek misses with a low kick as Halikov jumps back. Sebek throws a low kick, looking for Halikov's leg but Halikov calmly moves out of range. Halikov throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Sebek counter with a right hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Halikov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sebek but Sebek pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vadik Halikov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Halikov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Halikov. A momentary lapse in concentration from Sebek enables Halikov to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sebek manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Sebek is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Halikov won't allow Sebek to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bushido Sebek dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sebek bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. A low kick from Halikov misses and Sebek counters with a good, hard body kick but Halikov shrugs it off. Halikov misses with a takedown and Sebek counters with a nice right hand that sends Halikov toppling to the canvas! Halikov scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Sebek finish him?!
It looks like Vadik Halikov has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sebek misses with a body kick. Halikov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sebek is fending him off so far but Halikov persists. Nope, Sebek circles away and we're back to standing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sebek tries a head kick but it misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Halikov steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Sebek. That one must have hurt. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Halikov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sebek - the referee stops the clock and Halikov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sebek. Halikov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. This has been an exciting period of action! Halikov blocks a jab. Sebek tries a head kick but it misses.
Sebek throws a sloppy head kick and Halikov moves out of range easily. A thudding body kick lands there by Sebek!
Halikov will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Halikov blocks a low kick nicely. A slapping body kick lands there for Sebek. Sebek misses with a kick to the body.
Halikov shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sebek as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vadik Halikov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Halikov on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Sebek connects with a body shot that sends Halikov's belly button to the back. Vadik Halikov is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sebek lands a slapping body shot.
Sebek fakes the leg kick and cracks Halikov in the body. Vadik Halikov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sebek swinging wildly here.
Halikov dives in and grabs Sebek's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sebek pushes down on Halikov's head and hops out. Sebek lands with a right and another and another! Halikov is in big trouble! Sebek lands again and this time it's lights out for Halikov! A quality knockout there for Sebek.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bushido Sebek!
