Carson comes to the cage accompanied by Bow Down to Junction. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dan The Juggernaut! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Juggernaut tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Carson swivels and escapes. The Juggernaut fails with a takedown attempt. Dan The Juggernaut seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Juggernaut fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Alex Carson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dan The Juggernaut. The fight stays on the outside here - The Juggernaut looks like he's thinking about clinching though. The Juggernaut fails with a takedown attempt. The Juggernaut shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Carson but Carson pushes him off and we're back to square one. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The Juggernaut fails with an attempt to clinch.

Carson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed The Juggernaut's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The Juggernaut is staying active underneath Carson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Carson wants to free his trapped foot but The Juggernaut is holding on for dear life with his legs. The Juggernaut looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carson looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Carson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. The Juggernaut tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Carson!
