Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Keast Kanne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kanne kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Snow - Informer. Keast Kanne has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Keast Kanne! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quinton Evans! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kanne pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kanne throws a leg kick and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Kanne swings widly with a right hand
and Evans counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Evans not landing any meaningful shots this time. Evans prevents Kanne from improving his position. Evans stops Kanne from getting back to his feet.
Evans with the ground and pound but Kanne uses the opportunity to regain guard. Evans trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Evans pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kanne is keeping the position for now. Evans has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Evans loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kanne utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Evans won't allow Kanne to get back to his feet. Evans trying to control but Kanne is working from the bottom. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Evans accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Evans not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Evans throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kanne works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Kanne keeping moving, preventing Evans from controlling successfully. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Quinton Evans hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Kanne tries to clinch up and Evans counters with a nice double leg into guard. Evans tries to free his leg and advance position but Kanne is retaining full guard. Evans throws a big right hand that misses.

Kanne manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Kanne is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Evans throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Evans sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Evans trying to hold on to Kanne's head to control him but Kanne postures up.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Evans tries to get to full guard but Kanne has control of the leg. Evans controlling the position well.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Keast Kanne just wasn't active enough. Evans looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Kanne misses with a right hand and Evans counters with a single leg into guard. Kanne didn't expect that. Evans wants to control from the top but Kanne keeps moving. Evans working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Evans throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Quinton Evans showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Kanne throws a leg kick and Evans counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kanne is lucky that one didn't land flush. Evans keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kanne is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Evans. Evans tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kanne swivels and escapes. Kanne lands with a straight right. Evans didn't see that one coming. Kanne misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Evans.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kanne crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Evans - the referee stops the clock and Kanne gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Evans. Kanne manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Kanne missing with a left hand there. Evans was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Evans turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Kanne tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Evans counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kanne is lucky that one didn't land flush.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kanne lands a slapping body shot.
Kanne misses with a hook
and Evans counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kanne! Kanne slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kanne trying to control but Evans postures up.
Evans trying to control from half guard but Kanne is working away. Evans working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kanne keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Evans is trying to work for a kimura but Kanne is defending well.
Evans not landing any meaningful shots this time. Evans is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Kanne! Evans throws a sloppy strike and Kanne uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Kanne has ended up in Evans's guard.
Kanne avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kanne stopping the sweep attempt from Evans. Evans is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Evans keeping moving, preventing Kanne from controlling successfully. Evans managing to control the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Quinton Evans comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Evans has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
