Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bjj Spar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sin Kao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kao has chosen Till I Collapse - Eminem as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spar with a poor takedown
and Kao holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Spar fails to pull guard.
Kao lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Kao lands a hook to the side of the head.
Kao lands with a light punch inside.

Spar tries to pull guard but Kao won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bjj Spar. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kao lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Kao digs a right hand underneath Spar's ribcage. Spar let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Kao scores with a knee to the head.
Kao throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Spars head.
Spar tries to pull guard but Kao holds him up against the cage and eventually Spar drops back down to his feet.

Kao is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Spar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kao can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Spar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kao won't allow Spar to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kao is looking to stand up but Spar won't let him.
Spar is looking to sinch up a triangle. Kao throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Spar's body to avoid the submission. Spar has instead reached around Kao's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Spar arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Bjj Spar!
