The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acus moves into the clinch.
Mesh gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Acus.
Mesh doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Mesh can't break the clinch.
Mesh wants to break free but Acus has control.
Acus turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Acus tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Acus has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Acus is trying to get an arm triangle but Mesh is defending well.
Acus working away.

Acus tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Acus thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Acus moves into full mount!
Acus looking to secure an arm triangle but Mesh defends it well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Acus takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Mesh defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Acus.
Mesh is arching his back trying to strike from the bottom but Acus turns him over and now has his back.
Mesh tries to escape but he's let his defenses down in doing so and Acus has slipped in the rear naked choke! Oh, that's tiiiiiiiiight! Mesh is tapping! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
