The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Redd feints and then cracks Reeves's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Reeves down.
Reeves doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Redd counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Redd fakes the leg kick and cracks Reeves in the body.
Reeves gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Redd counters with a nice body kick.
Reeves is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A solid body kick from Redd.
Reeves on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

It looks like Norman Reeves has been cut.
Redd fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Reeves on the side of the head.
Reeves stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Redd.
Reeves takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Reeves is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

A head kick by Redd - that's a beauty! Reeves is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Redd can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
