Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Flavius Aetius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Lind (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Flavius Aetius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Curtis Lind!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lind throws a hook but Aetius blocks it.
Aetius throws a body kick the misses
and Lind counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Aetius misses with a low kick as Lind jumps back.
Aetius scores with a kick to the body.
Aetius tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lind sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Aetius somewhat.
Aetius dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lind. That did some damage!

Aetius shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lind's guard.

Lind wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Aetius is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lind is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lind has escaped and now he's on top!
Aetius utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Lind content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Aetius has locked up a guillotine! Aetius's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Lind is holding on here and Aetius must be using up a lot of energy. Lind has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Aetius gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
