Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ippo Makunouchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maciej Rybinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ippo Makunouchi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Maciej Rybinski!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Makunouchi scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Rybinski pushes Makunouchi off looking to stand but Makunouchi dives back in and keeps control.

and Makunouchi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rybinski's guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
