Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wesley Loose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Cook! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Wesley Loose! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cook shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Loose sprawls well. Loose wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cook gets slowly back to his feet. Cook staying out of range there. Loose slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
It looks like Jason Cook has been cut. Cook fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Loose sprawls well initially but Cook persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Loose trying to hold on to Cook's head to control him but Cook postures up.

He's simply no match for Loose on the ground. Loose tries to buck Cook off but Cook is having none of it. Cook landing strikes. Cook moves into full mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cook lands a big shot to the head and Loose winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
