Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Phillip McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dariusz Wilczewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Wilczewski's calf.

McGee sneaks out the side door and pushes Wilczewski away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
McGee gets caught flat footed, as Wilczewski shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
McGee is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Wilczewski has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics McGee uses from the top position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. McGee connects with a nice short shot to Wilczewski's temple.

McGee has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
McGee looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
McGee has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

McGee manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Wilczewski on his heels. He'll look to pass Wilczewski's guard now, I'm sure.
Wilczewski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McGee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
McGee wants to control from the top but Wilczewski keeps moving.

McGee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
