Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Diego Rodrigo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Conduit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rodrigo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Pachanga - Calienta. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Rodrigo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Carlos Conduit!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Mauricio Rocha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigo blocks a head kick by Conduit.
Rodrigo throws a series of punches but Conduit moves out of range.
Conduit throws a sloppy head kick and Rodrigo moves out of range easily.
Rodrigo takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
A head kick by Rodrigo misses
and Conduit counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Conduit looks to score with a jab to the body but Rodrigo is just out of range.
A head kick misses from Conduit.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Conduit.
Rodrigo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Rodrigo breaks the clinch.
Carlos Conduit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Conduit swats away the attempt to clinch by Rodrigo.
Conduit throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Rodrigo tries to clinch there but Conduit circles away.
Rodrigo with a hook.
Rodrigo misses with the combination.
Conduit keeps the fight on the outside.
Rodrigo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A combination from Rodrigo does no damage.
Conduit falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rodrigo counters with a left and a right that stings Conduit.
Rodrigo is breathing heavily.
Rodrigo misses with a two punch combination.
Conduit throws a sloppy head kick and Rodrigo moves out of range easily.
Conduit slips under a jab from Rodrigo.
Rodrigo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Conduit connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Rodrigo's hands.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Conduit buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Conduit misses with a body kick.
Rodrigo could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Conduit takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Rodrigo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Conduit.
Conduit has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Conduit there as he acknowledges the shot.
A nice combination there by Rodrigo.
It looks like Carlos Conduit has been cut.
Rodrigo throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Conduit colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Rodrigo as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Conduit is left battered and dazed whilst Rodrigo and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Diego Rodrigo!
