Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathaniel Swain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Nathaniel Swain! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thunder throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Swain counters by clinching up. Swain wants the takedown. Thunder is fighting it off but Swain persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Thunder's guard against the cage. Swain stopping the sweep attempt from Thunder. Thunder will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Thunder working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Swain. We're going to have a standup here because Johnny Thunder wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Swain feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thunders jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Swain misses with a wild body shot. Thunder misses with a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Thunder wants to control but Swain is keeping busy and won't allow it. Swain is working for a submission of some sort.
Thunder is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Swain's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Swain's back! Thunder sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Swain taps out!
