Blackburn comes to the cage accompanied by Periphery - Light. Ko has chosen Indestructible as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jhogo Ko enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ko throws a series of punches but Blackburn moves out of range.
Blackburn misses with a hook to the body
and Ko counters with a left and a right that stings Blackburn.
A combination from Ko does no damage.
Blackburn swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Ko counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Ko wants to pass the guard but Blackburn is keeping the position.
Blackburn is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ko is controlling him.

Blackburn wants to stand up but Ko is controlling him.

Ko wants to control from the top but Blackburn keeps moving.

Ko tries to free his leg and advance position but Blackburn is retaining full guard.
Ko passes Blackburn's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Ko is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Ko goes for an armbar but Blackburn turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Blackburn.

Ko looking to hit a scissor sweep but Blackburn is one step ahead there.
Ko is looking for a triangle but Blackburn pushes his legs off easily.
Blackburn postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Ko manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Ko looking to control but Blackburn is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Ko is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Ko extends the arm and Blackburn is forced to tap!
