Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michael Montelibano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Montelibano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brandon Storm! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Columbo Gatti and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Montelibano tries to work over Storm's front leg with a kick but Storm checks it. Montelibano fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Montelibano scores with a jab. Montelibano throws a series of strikes that have Storm backpedaling.
Montelibano defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Storm. Montelibano just misses with a punch to the body.
Montelibano lands with a shot to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Montelibano misses with a wild body shot. Storm shoots in for a takedown but Montelibano shows good takedown defense. Storm shoots for a double leg takedown but Montelibano sprawls well. He's pushed Storm's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Michael Montelibano has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Storm. Montelibano throws a right hand that Storm ducks under and follows up with a left that Storm also avoids with ease. Storm shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Montelibano counters with a stiff right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Montelibano throws a left and a right that both miss
and Storm counters with a nice double leg into side control. Montelibano won't be happy with that. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Montelibano is looking to regain half guard here but Storm keeps moving and retains side control. Storm happy to just control the position for now. Montelibano tries to buck Storm off but Storm is having none of it. Storm has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Montelibano! Storm trying to control but Montelibano is having none of it. Storm has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Montelibano's face.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Storm moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Montelibano has worked his arm free - good work by Montelibano!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Montelibano is trying to improve his position. Storm working the ground and pound but Montelibano is defending the strikes. Montelibano is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Montelibano managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Storm.
Storm throwing strikes but Montelibano manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Storm is trying to improve his position. Storm struggling a bit here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm is not content to let Montelibano control the position. Storm tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Montelibano wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Storm manages to get back to half guard. Storm is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Montelibano's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Montelibano's back! Storm is cranking Montelibano's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Montelibano! He's tightened the choke and Montelibano is tapping out!
