Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aang Havatar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ping Pong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pong has chosen enae Volare Mezzo as his entrance music. Aang Havatar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aang Havatar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ping Pong! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Havatar misses with a wild body shot. Havatar misses with a body shot.
Pong gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Pong takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Pong gets caught flat footed, as Havatar shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Havatar seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Havatar looking to pass the guard. Havatar not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Havatar's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Aang Havatar has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Pong doesn't succeed with the takedown and Havatar counters with a single leg into guard. Pong didn't expect that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pong had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Havatar defends it easily. Havatar sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Pong's guard. Havatar sitting and controlling from the half guard. Havatar wants to pass the guard but Pong is defending well. Havatar is taking a breather. Pong says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Pong wants to get back to full guard. Havatar performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Havatar is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Pong! Havatar sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Pong wants to control but Havatar is having none of it. Havatar controlling his opponent. Havatar forces the positional change into back control. Havatar biding his time, looking for the opening.
Havatar seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pong for as long as he can get away with.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Havatar looking for the RNC. Havatar biding his time, controlling Pong. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Havatar looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Pong taps!
