PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Raijin Narukami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason McGully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Narukami comes to the cage accompanied by Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGully swings widly with a right hand
and Narukami counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
McGully tries to close the distance and clinch up but Narukami swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Narukami lunges at McGully with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by McGully's hand.
McGully is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
McGully shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Narukami defends it nicely.
McGully misses with a straight right.
McGully shoots in for a takedown but Narukami shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
McGully misses with a takedown attempt - Narukami sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Raijin Narukami has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason McGully.

McGully takes one to the side of the head.
McGully takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

McGully is rocked!
Narukami cracks McGully with a left hook right on the temple and McGully goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Narukami lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully McGully is OK!
