Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kalle Kolmiokuristus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Malham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kolmiokuristus comes to the cage accompanied by bad boy - cascada. Malham has chosen Amorphis - House of Sleep as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. John Malham will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolmiokuristus misses with a takedown attempt
and Malham counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Malham.
Kolmiokuristus tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Malham is pressed up against the cage. Kolmiokuristus has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Malham down to the mat. Malham avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kalle Kolmiokuristus. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kolmiokuristus wants to clinch
enabling Malham to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Kalle Kolmiokuristus has been cut.
Malham lands with a thumping leg kick.
Kolmiokuristus misses with a takedown attempt
and Malham makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kolmiokuristus moves forwards but Malham connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Malham closes the distance and clinches.
Malham escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Malham counters with a series of strikes. Kolmiokuristus will be more careful next time no doubt.

Malham clobbers Kolmiokuristus with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kolmiokuristus fails with the takedown
and Malham makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Kolmiokuristus is breathing heavily.

Malham pushes Kolmiokuristus up against the cage in a clinch.
Malham gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kolmiokuristus.
Kolmiokuristus tries to pull guard but Malham holds him up against the cage and eventually Kolmiokuristus drops back down to his feet.
Malham breaks from the clinch.
Malham fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Malham lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Kolmiokuristus takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Malham with a body punch. A glancing blow.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Malham cracks the inside of Kolmiokuristus's front leg.
A solid leg kick lands there for Malham.
Kolmiokuristus with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Malham to score with a decent uppercut.
Malham throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kolmiokuristus's head.
Kalle Kolmiokuristus's cut is getting worse.

Malham clinches.
Kolmiokuristus tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Malham smiles and moves away.
Malham moves into the clinch.
Malham breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kolmiokuristus doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Malham counters with a good low kick that Kolmiokuristus was not able to check.
Malham fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kolmiokuristus has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Malham scores with a hook to the body. Kolmiokuristus takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Malham buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Nice uppercut there from Malham.

Malham lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Kolmiokuristus stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Malham.
Malham throws a sloppy head kick and Kolmiokuristus moves out of range easily.

and Malham counters with a lovely shot to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Malham lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Good leg kick by Malham there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Malham connects with a leg kick. Kolmiokuristus looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Malham throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kolmiokuristus's head.
Malham feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kolmiokuristus's calf.
Malham throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kolmiokuristus fails with the takedown
and Malham counters with an inside leg kick.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Kolmiokuristus. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Malham throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Kalle Kolmiokuristus's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Malham fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

and Malham counters with a good low kick that Kolmiokuristus was not able to check.
Malham throws a head kick that misses.
Malham is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

and Malham counters with a nice body shot.
Malham paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Jeez, Kalle Kolmiokuristus's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kalle Kolmiokuristus's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
