The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DragonBro throws a head kick but Arone moves out of range.
Arone closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. DragonBro did well to prevent Arone getting side control.
DragonBro wants to get back to full guard.
DragonBro wants to control but Arone is keeping busy.
Arone seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Arone is trying to work for a kimura but DragonBro is defending well.
Arone looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Arone looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks DragonBro with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Arone.

DragonBro lands a head kick. Arone smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Ricardo Arone has been cut.

DragonBro lands a nice looking kick to the body. Arone takes a step back to recover.
A slapping body kick lands there for DragonBro.
Arone seems to have got his legs back now.
DragonBro lands a brutal head kick. Arone looks out on his feet and DragonBro throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
