Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cecil Nork (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rashad Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Rashad Evans enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cecil Nork!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nork shoots in but Evans avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nice sprawl there from Nork as Evans shoots in.
Evans tries to clinch but Nork moves out of range.
Nork doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Evans moves into the clinch.
Evans breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nork scores with a takedown into Evans's guard.
Nork is in close to Evans's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Nork has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Nork would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nork seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Evans wants to control from the top but Nork keeps moving.

Nork is squirming around, avoiding Evans's attempts to control the action.

Nork has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Evans is working away from the top position though.

Nork darts in and clinches Evans up against the cage.

Evans is trying to trip Nork. He has hold of a leg but Nork is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Evans persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Nork has his feet on Evans's thighs here. He's pushed Evans off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Evans screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
