Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Osilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harvey Pekar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Osilla comes to the cage accompanied by "Goodbye Horses". Pekar is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dead Joe, by The Birthday Party. Harvey Pekar has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Peter Osilla's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pekar shoots in for a double leg but Osilla sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Pekar looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Pekar closes the distance and clinches.
Osilla landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Pekar can't find room to land a body shot as Osilla controls the action.
Osilla breaks the clinch.
Osilla fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pekar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Osilla looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Pekar looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Osilla is avoiding damage well.
Osilla avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Pekar.
Pekar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Osilla manages to work his way to half guard, despite Pekar's best efforts.
Osilla has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pekar is working away from the top position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pekar loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Osilla scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Pekar land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Pekar stands and salutes the crowd.
