Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boston Terrier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keichi Sandas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terrier has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Keichi Sandas has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Boston Terrier's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Boston Terrier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Keichi Sandas! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Terrier misses with a double jab
and Sandas counters with a crisp one two that drops Terrier! Sandas thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Terrier to his feet! Terrier is in big trouble!
Terrier is rocked! Terrier is breathing heavily. Sandas pushes Terrier up against the cage in a clinch. Sandas working Terrier over with knees to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sandas is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Sandas is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Terrier can't fight it off and eventually Sandas manages to take the fight to the floor. Terrier looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Sandas sitting in guard, not really doing much. Terrier is working an open guard so Sandas takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Sandas rushes Terrier and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Oh Terrier is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sandas crunches a lovely knee into Terrier's ribcage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sandas stalling against the cage.
Sandas pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sandas clinches up against the cage. Terrier seems to have got his legs back now. Sandas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sandas gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Sandas landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Sandas gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sandas not landing any meaningful shots this time. Sandas keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sandas passes to full mount! Sandas connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sandas sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sandas lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sandas cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Terrier is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Sandas sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Sandas is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Terrier is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Terrier flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Sandas anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Terrier and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Sandas slips an arm under Terrier chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Sandas has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Sandas is squeezing on Terrier like an anaconda would it's prey. Terrier fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Keichi Sandas!
