Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Ferro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Norrin Radd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Radd has chosen Starrider as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Bruno Ferro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Norrin Radd!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radd rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ferro counters with a nice low kick that buckles Radd's knee momentarily.
Radd swinging wildly here.
Ferro throws a leg kick
and Radd counters with a lovely straight right hand!

and Radd counters with a straight right hand.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Radd throws out a leg kick but Ferro moves out of range and Radd only half commits.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ferro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Radd's waist but Radd gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ferro off to one side.
Ferro throws a leg kick which misses Radd's front leg but catches the back leg as Radd tries to avoid it.

and Radd counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Radd scores with a jab.
Radd throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Radd throws a leg kick but Ferro moved away.
Ferro throws the kick towards the body but Radd avoids it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ferro throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Radd is looking to slow Ferro down with leg kicks.
Radd swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Radd lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Radd tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ferro was well out of range. Poor timing from Radd.
Radd throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ferro's head.
Radd throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Radd throws a body punch but Ferro moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Norrin Radd dominated that round.

Ferro shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Radd as he jumps to the side.

Ferro looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Ferro fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bruno Ferro. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Radd throws a body punch but Ferro moves out of range.
Norrin Radd is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Radd connects with a body shot.
Ferro looks for the body kick but Radd saw that one coming.

Radd closes the distance and clinches.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Ferro has picked Radd up - he's going for a ride! Ferro dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Ferro looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Ferro is trying to control. Radd wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Ferro trying to mount his opponent but Radd defends it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ferro looking for a submission but Radd manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
Ferro pushes down on Radd's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Ferro is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Radd defends it well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Ferro is working for a submission of some sort.

Ferro prevents Radd from improving his position.
Radd controlling the position well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Norrin Radd showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Radd throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Radd scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Ferro swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Ferro misses with a straight left.
Ferro looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Radd lands with a nice combination. Ferro backs away looking to recover.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
A clash of legs there as Ferro blocks the low kick.
Radd throws a hook to the side of Ferro's head but Ferro sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bruno Ferro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Radd throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ferro on the side of the head.
Norrin Radd is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ferro is looking to chop away at Radd's legs.
Radd doesn't manage to clinch there - Ferro circles away.
Radd scores with a shot to the body.
Radd throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Bruno Ferro has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ferro tries to land a leg kick but Radd saw it coming and moves away.
Ferro closes the distance and clinches up with Radd, looking for a takedown. Ferro pushes Radd against the cage but Radd circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Ferro shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ferro tries to pass the half guard into mount. Radd knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

And that's the end of the fight!
Norrin Radd comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Radd winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
