Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hardly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Butch DeLoria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hardly comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem- Not Afraid. Dan Hardly could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Butch DeLoria's chin.

With a record of 15 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Butch DeLoria!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeLoria just misses with a punch to the body.
Hardly blocks a jab.
DeLoria throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Hardly keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
DeLoria shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hardly as he avoids it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

DeLoria is looking to improve his position but Hardly isn't that keen on the idea.

DeLoria drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hardly manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now DeLoria has Hardly in his guard.

DeLoria is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hardly is aware though and is defending well.

Butch DeLoria showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well DeLoria has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
