Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marquez has chosen Smoke on The Water as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jonathan Paton and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell shoots and misses

so Marquez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Marquez drops back looking for a leg! Mitchell is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mitchell manages to kick Marquez off! Marquez jumps back into Mitchell's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mitchell had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Marquez defends it easily.

Marquez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Marquez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
