Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Phil Gilbert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall has chosen I won't go down without a fight as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilbert takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Hall tries to clinch but Gilbert is having none of it.
Hall fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Gilbert on the side of the head.
It looks like Phil Gilbert has been cut.
Hall misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hall takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Gilbert lunges at Hall with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hall's hand.
Gilbert clobbers Hall with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Gilbert lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Gilbert scores with a sloppy right hand. Hall should have avoided that one.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Hall lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hall pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hall throws a nice looking combination but Gilbert bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Gilbert fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hall looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Hall tries to move into range but Gilbert moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Hall has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hall there as he acknowledges the shot.

Hall uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gilbert.
Hall avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nice straight punches there by Gilbert. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Gilbert.
Hall with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gilbert to score with a decent uppercut.
Hall shoots in and bounces Gilbert off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.

Hall has gone for a leg lock! Gilbert slips out almost immediately though and dives into Hall's guard.
Hall has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
