The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Webb accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Milek is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Webb is controlling him.

Webb stands and steps away. Milek gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Milek tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Milek works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

and Webb counters with a left and a right that stings Milek.
Webb fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Webb throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Webb misses with a hook to the ribs.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Ash Webb has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Milek.

Webb's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ash Webb.
I think Milek has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
