Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Don Dokken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonidas King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King has chosen Black Lab-This Night as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from King.
King throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dokken.
Dokken dives in and grabs King's left leg, looking for a takedown. King pushes down on Dokken's head and hops out.
King throws a nice looking combination but Dokken bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
King throws a left and a right that both miss

and Dokken counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dokken.

King is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dokken with a flurry of punches that miss.
Dokken trying to control but King is working from the bottom.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Dokken feints a jab promting King to slip. Dokken then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. King slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Leonidas King showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Dokken jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as King walks away with a smile on his face. Dokken gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
King throws a looping overhand right but Dokken ducks down to avoid it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Dokken fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but King avoids it really well and circles away.

King lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Dokken shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts King as he jumps to the side.
King drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

King scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
King rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dokken moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Dokken slips a jab and a cross from King.
King takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
King leaves Dokken with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

and King holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Don Dokken has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
King has Dokken pressed against the ropes.
A frustrated look appears on Dokken's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Leonidas King comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got King winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
