Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shoryu Ken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moe Lester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Lester's choice of entrance music: I Feel Wonderful. Moe Lester told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ken fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Ken swings widly with a right hand

Lester drives through and clinches with Ken against the cage.

Lester scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ken doesn't seem bothered though.
Ken is breathing heavily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lester lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ken has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ken and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Lester bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ken's head backwards.
Ken stalks Lester and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lester's face. Lester staggers backwards, shaken.

and Lester counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Lester.
Lester comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Lester lands a good knee to the midsection. Ken won't want to take too many of those.
Ken swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Ken drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Ken shoots in for a takedown but Lester shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Lester counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Ken is rocked!
The fighters circle, before Lester throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Ken's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Lester lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
