Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keun Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erwin Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Keun Clark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Erwin Warrior!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warrior doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Clark counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Clark.
Clark stops Warrior from standing up.
Clark preventing the sweep.
Warrior is controlling Clark's posture.
Clark postures up.
Clark wanted to stand there but Warrior had control of the position.
Clark trying to control but Warrior is working from the bottom.

Erwin Warrior has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Warrior looks to clinch
and Clark counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Clark shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Warrior counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Warrior got a little sloppy there for a moment and Clark has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Warrior has managed to get both his arms back between Clark's legs - danger averted.

Warrior is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Warrior working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Warrior gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

and Warrior counters with a shoot takedown. Clark fights it but they end up in guard.

Warrior must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Clark is breathing heavily.
Clark is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Warrior pushes Clark off looking to stand but Clark dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Clark controlling the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Warrior is trying to control but can't.
Clark prevents Warrior from improving his position.
Warrior is trying to control but can't.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Clark gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Warrior counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Warrior.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keun Clark. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Warrior is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Clark is keeping busy.

Warrior manages to break the clinch.
Clark shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Warrior eats them both and turns towards Clark to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Clark is looking for a triangle but Warrior pushes his legs off easily.
Clark wants to stand and escape but Warrior is having none of it.

Clark will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Erwin Warrior.

Clark shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Warrior is trying to defend but Clark finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Clark is thwarting Warrior's attempts to control the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!



Warrior fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Clark sprawls well initially but Warrior persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Clark is trying to get back to full guard.
Clark wants to control but Warrior passes into side.

Warrior is trying to get an arm triangle but Clark is defending well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Warrior prevents Clark from escaping the position.

Warrior lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Clark down.

Clark explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Warrior gets control of Clark's arms and successfully pulls guard. Warrior will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Warrior shoots in and bounces Clark off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Clark wants to sweep here but Warrior controlling him for the moment.

Warrior wants to stand but Clark has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Warrior trying to control the position from guard on top but Clark is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Clark wants to stand and escape but Warrior is having none of it.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Clark trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Warrior makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Warrior decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Warrior manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Clark on his heels. He'll look to pass Clark's guard now, I'm sure.
Clark can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Warrior controls the pace.
Clark utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Erwin Warrior showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Clark misses with a few strikes there.
Warrior pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Warrior sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Clark manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Warrior manages to get himself to full guard.

Warrior has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Clark can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Clark chips away with some ground and pound.

Clark is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Warrior is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Warrior has escaped and now he's on top!

Warrior in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Clark is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Warrior working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Clark's head.

Warrior stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Warrior feints and as Clark raises his hands in defense, Warrior changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Clark bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Warrior's guard.
Warrior keeping moving, preventing Clark from controlling successfully.
Clark is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Warrior is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Clark decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Warrior, up you get!
Clark throws a series of punches but Warrior moves out of range.

Warrior shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Warrior decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

and Warrior counters with a nice double leg into side control. Clark won't be happy with that.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Warrior looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Clark is avoiding damage well.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Erwin Warrior comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Warrior winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
