Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Athan Stamatis!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Stamatis is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
A left lands for Silva.
Stamatis takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Silva just misses with a punch to the body.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Stamatis throws a combination that misses
and Stamatis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stamatis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Silva can pounce on him.
A bone on bone clash there as Stamatis blocks the leg kick.
Silva throws a series of strikes that have Stamatis backpedaling.
Stamatis throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease.
Stamatis walks into a straight right hand from Silva.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stamatis swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Stamatis looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well.
Silva moves in looking to clinch but Stamatis pushes him off.
Silva missing with a left hand there. Stamatis was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Silva scores with a jab. Stamatis acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Stamatis throws a hook but Silva avoids it easily.
Stamatis misses with a jab to the body
and Silva counters with a low kick, right behind Stamatis 's knee.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Silva misses the jab.
Silva circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Stamatis drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Silva follows Stamatis to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
