Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sazh Blaskey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mack has chosen Ain't no Rest for the Wicked as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Mack!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jonathan Paton and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaskey misses with a left hand
and Mack counters with a thumping low kick.
Mack pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Blaskey back to the cage. Mack follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Nice defenses there by Blaskey.
Blaskey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mack moves away.

and Mack counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

and Mack counters with a left and a right that stings Blaskey.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mack throws a shot from downtown. Blaskey moves away and avoids it.

Blaskey on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mack. Mack obviously looking to wear him down.

Mack throws a hook to the side of Blaskey's head but Blaskey sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Johnny Mack comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Mack has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
