The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killer pushes Sagat up against the cage in a clinch.
Killer pulls guard successfully.
Killer lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sagat!
Killer lands a big shot there that rocks Sagat but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Killer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sagat defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Killer.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Killer jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Sagat manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Sagat really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Killer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Killer is chipping away with strikes.
Killer passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Sagat!
Killer working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Sagat turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Killer off and cradles Sagat's limp body as Killer celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Leatherface Killer!
