Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Feigel throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Olob's head.
Karsten Feigel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Feigel goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Olob is rocked!
Feigel looks to land a combination but Olob avoids it well.

Oh Olob is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Olob tries to score a power double leg takedown but Feigel sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Olob somewhat.

Olob feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Feigel dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Olob. That did some damage!

Olob closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Olob lands in his opponent's guard.

Olob has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Feigel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Olob shoots for a double leg takedown but Feigel sprawls well. He's pushed Olob's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The strikes coming from Olob are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Olob fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Olob shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Feigel manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Olob sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Feigel's guard.

Olob is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Olob seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Feigel for as long as he can get away with.

Feigel misses with a few strikes there.

Olob shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Feigel sprawls well. Feigel wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Olob gets slowly back to his feet.

The two fighters roll across the mat, with Feigel trying to push Olob off... Feigel taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
