Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Daniel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Darwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Daniel cracks Darwin with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Darwin looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Daniel finish him?

It looks like Fred Darwin has been cut.

Darwin has closed the distance and engaged Daniel in a clinch.
Daniel wants a takedown.

Darwin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Darwin moves into the clinch.

Darwin has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Daniel regains guard immediately.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Daniel has his foot on Darwin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Darwin works his way back into a safe position though.
Darwin cracks Daniel with a solid left hand.

Daniel is looking to sinch up a triangle. Darwin throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Daniel's body to avoid the submission. Daniel has instead reached around Darwin's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Daniel arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
