Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Venge Renage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masato tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Renage counters with a takedown into side control.

Renage is trying to get an arm triangle but Masato is defending well.
Masato wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Masato knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Renage on the ground.

Renage tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Renage has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Masato pushes Renage away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Renage gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Renage should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Renage is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Masato looks calm but he's in trouble here. Renage gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Masato is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Renage lets go of the hold and Masato can pop his arm back in it's socket.
