Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jim Bean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jordi Warner!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean wants to clinch.
Warner throws a quick inside leg kick.
Bean misses with a few strikes there.
Bean lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Warner backs up against the cage.
Bean fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bean throws a right hand that Warner ducks under and follows up with a left that Warner also avoids with ease.

Warner closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Bean wants to get back to his feet.

Warner is working for a submission of some sort.

Warner seems to be looking for submissions.

Warner is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bean defends it well.

Warner decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Warner connects with a body shot.
Warner showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bean.
Warner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bean tries to avoid it but Warner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bean to the ground. Bean escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bean fakes the leg kick and cracks Warner in the body.
Warner looks gassed!

Warner gets the takedown into side control.
Bean is looking to regain half guard here but Warner keeps moving and retains side control.

Warner has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Bean is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bean fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Bean gets caught flat footed, as Warner shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bean wants to get back to his feet but Warner is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bean controls Warner momentarily but Warner frees himself.
Warner forces his way into half guard.
Warner slows the pace down in half guard.
Bean won't allow Warner to pass to mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice strikes from Warner there.

Warner is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Warner is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Warner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bean keeps working.

Warner in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Bean tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Warner!
