Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Relentless AD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Relentless AD!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Lee!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee manages to get an easy takedown there - catching AD on his heels. He'll look to pass AD's guard now, I'm sure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
AD wants to stand and escape but Lee is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee controls from within his opponent's guard.
AD is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Lee trying to control but AD is working from the bottom.

Bruce Lee has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

AD shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

AD is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lee defends it well.

Lee is defending against the submission attempts here by AD.
AD tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Lee.

Lee keeping moving, preventing AD from controlling successfully.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
AD connects with a couple of short punches.
AD looking to pass the guard.

Lee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

AD wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.
AD postures up in Lee's guard and throws a big left but Lee blocks it.

AD trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
AD throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lee works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Lee is trying to control the position but AD postures up.

AD is breathing heavily.

AD won't allow Lee to sweep him here.

AD drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lee looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lee looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lee!
AD dodges the ground and pound from Lee.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
AD can't do much from the bottom here.

Lee is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. AD knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Lee wants to lay and pray for a moment but AD keeps working.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Bruce Lee will probably get the nod.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Bruce Lee hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
AD tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lee paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Relentless AD is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
AD tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Lee counters with a shoot takedown. AD fights it but they end up in guard.
Lee trying to control but AD is working from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
AD bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lee's guard.
AD wants to control from the top but Lee keeps moving.

AD is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lee is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lee has escaped and now he's on top!

AD is working an open guard so Lee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Lee looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? AD is fending him off so far but Lee persists. Nope, AD circles away and we're back to standing.
AD shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Lee counters with a series of strikes. AD will be more careful next time no doubt.

AD is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

AD is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lee pulls his head out easily.

Lee slips a nice elbow through AD's hands, connecting with AD's forehead.

Bruce Lee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!


Lee tries for a takedown but AD sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
AD swinging wildly here.
AD is looking to clinch but Lee is avoiding it.
A head kick from Lee lands but AD takes it in his stride.

Lee gets tackled into the cage by AD. AD maintains the clinch.
AD keeps control of Lee as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
AD trying to control the position but instead, Lee has worked for underhooks and has pushed AD into the cage.
AD drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lee pulls his leg out and moves away.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

AD clinches up with Lee and pushes him back against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and AD counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
AD trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom.
Lee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lee in particular looking to stall.

AD wants to improve his position but Lee is controlling well.
Lee trying to control the action but AD is working from the bottom.

Lee gets to his feet - back to striking we go!

AD shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lee is trying to defend but AD finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Lee has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. AD is working away from the top position though.

Lee manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
AD wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Bruce Lee has got the better of the ground game so far.

Lee looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Lee trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure AD doesn't escape.
Lee controlling well, preventing AD from escaping the position.
AD has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
I would not like to be AD right now.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Relentless AD.
I think Lee has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
