Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Getty Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Landry Saracen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saracen has chosen Bon Jovi - Dead or Alive as his entrance music. Getty Li has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Russell Pearce and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Li with a lazy takedown attempt
and Saracen counters with a single leg into guard. Li didn't expect that.
Saracen trying to control but Li is working from the bottom.
Li is trying to control the position but Saracen postures up.
Saracen won't allow Li to sweep him here.
Saracen wants to control from the top but Li keeps moving.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Li throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Li wants to stand but Saracen is controlling the position.

and Saracen counters with a shoot takedown. Li fights it but they end up in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Saracen won't allow Li to get back to his feet.

Saracen decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Saracen keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Li slips a straight right by Saracen.
Li is looking to clinch.
Saracen swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Li.
No joy there for Saracen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Saracen misses with a jab, cross combination.
A telegraphed right hand from Saracen misses the target.
Saracen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Li is fending him off so far but Saracen persists. Nope, Li circles away and we're back to standing.

Li moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Li doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Saracen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Saracen misses with a two punch combination.
Saracen throws a looping overhand right but Li ducks down to avoid it.
The fighters circling - Li throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Saracen misses with an uppercut.
Saracen thows a left - swing and a miss!
Li misses with a straight left.
Li tries to clinch up.
Saracen throws a body punch but Li moves out of range.

Li misses with a takedown attempt
and Saracen counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Saracen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Li misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Li has his takedown stuffed
and Saracen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A looping hook to the body misses from Li. Saracen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Li swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Saracen counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Saracen is stalling in the full guard.
Li is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Saracen is controlling him.
Li will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Li wants to sweep but no luck.
Saracen looking to pass the guard.
Saracen stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Li does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Saracen misses with a right hand
and Li counters with a single leg into guard. Saracen didn't expect that.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Saracen is looking to stand up but Li isn't so interested in that idea.
Li is looking to work some ground and pound but Saracen has wrist control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Landry Saracen dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Li tries to clinch but Saracen moves out of range.
Li wants to clinch.
Saracen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Li moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Saracen doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Li counters with a head kick.
Saracen lands with an overhand left.
Getty Li is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Li tries to clinch up but Saracen circles away and keeps his distance.
Li tries for a takedown but Saracen circles away easily
so Saracen counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Li is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Saracen is controlling him.
Li striking off his back but it's not causing Saracen any problems.
Landry Saracen has got the better of the ground game so far.

Saracen stands up and waves to Li to follow him.

Li moves out of range of the strikes.
Saracen throws a lazy uppercut
and Li counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Li wants to take a breather but Saracen is having none of it.
Saracen tries to roll over but Li keeps him under control.
Li is thwarting Saracen's attempts to control the position.

Saracen gets back to full guard.
Li wants to control from the top but Saracen keeps moving.
Li wanted to stand there but Saracen had control of the position.
Saracen looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Saracen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Li is trying to reverse the position but instead Saracen has taken his back - oops!
Saracen trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Saracen has got one arm under Li's chin. This could be trouble... Li trying to control the other hand but Saracen gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Li has tapped out! The fight is over!
