Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Resin shoots and misses
and Wendigo counters with an inside leg kick.
Resin thuds his right hand into Wendigo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Resin shoots in for a takedown but Wendigo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Wendigo scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Wendigo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wendigo clinches up with Resin and pushes him back against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wendigo misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Resin.
Wendigo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Resin with a poor takedown
and Wendigo counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Phil Resin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Resin is breathing heavily.
Wendigo scores with a spinning back kick!

Wendigo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wendigo tries to bum rush Resin with a series of wild strikes but Resin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wendigo moves into the clinch.
Wendigo jumps into guard, dragging Resin to the mat.
Wendigo pushes a forearm under Resin's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Resin is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
