Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ken Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Lesnar decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Anderson's guard.

Anderson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lesnar is aware though and is defending well.
Lesnar wants to pass the guard but Anderson is keeping the position.
Lesnar trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Anderson manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Anderson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Lesnar tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Anderson is trying to reverse the position but instead Lesnar has taken his back - oops!
Lesnar slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Lesnar wants to control from the top but Anderson keeps moving.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lesnar slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lesnar tries to move into full mount but can't pass Anderson's legs.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Anderson explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Lesnar shoots in but Anderson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Anderson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Anderson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Anderson lands in his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jason Lesnar dominated that round.

Anderson gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Lesnar jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Anderson is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Anderson and Lesnar has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Lesnar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Anderson keeps working.
Anderson is looking to reverse the position.

Check out the look on Lesnar's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Lesnar decides to stand back up.

Anderson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lesnar manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Anderson is looking to advance position but Lesnar has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Lesnar goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Anderson turns into him and now he's in Lesnar's guard.
Lesnar has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Anderson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Anderson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lesnar looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lesnar looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lesnar!

Lesnar decides to stand back up.
Lesnar fails with a takedown attempt.

Lesnar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lesnar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Anderson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Lesnar stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
No luck for Lesnar with that takedown attempt.
Lesnar shoots for a double leg takedown but Anderson sprawls well. He's pushed Lesnar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ken Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Lesnar.
Anderson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Lesnar manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Lesnar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Anderson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lesnar walks away with a smile on his face. Anderson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lesnar feints a jab promting Anderson to slip. Lesnar then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Anderson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lesnar feints and as Anderson raises his hands in defense, Lesnar changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jason Lesnar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Anderson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesnar swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lesnar throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Anderson stands and throws Lesnar's legs to the side, diving into side control.
You can see the frustration on Lesnar's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Jason Lesnar has got the better of the ground game so far.

Lesnar tries to buck Anderson off but Anderson is having none of it.
Lesnar wants to control but Anderson postures up.
Lesnar trying to control but Anderson flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!

Anderson lands a shot to the head.


It looks like Jason Lesnar has been cut.

Anderson working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.

Anderson is trying to stick to Lesnar's back but Lesnar is turning into Anderson. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Anderson's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Lesnar.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lesnar.

Lesnar shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Anderson sprawls well. Anderson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lesnar gets slowly back to his feet.
Ken Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Lesnar.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
A clash of legs there as Anderson blocks the low kick.
Anderson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Lesnar clinches with his opponent.
Anderson jumps guard but Lesnar stands there with Anderson around his waist. Anderson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Anderson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lesnar just stands there and leans against the cage.
Anderson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Lesnar drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Anderson is trying to push Lesnar away but Lesnar has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Ken Anderson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jason Lesnar is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Ken Anderson showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Lesnar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
