Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cru Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Marius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marius has chosen My World - Dale Oliver as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a takedown
and Marius holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Marius lands a shoulder strike.
Jones jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Marius walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jones gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Marius.
Jones falls off balance throwing a combination
and Marius counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Marius.
Marius wants to pass the guard but Jones is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marius drops back looking for a leg! Jones is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jones manages to kick Marius off! Marius jumps back into Jones's guard.
Marius stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jones swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jones wants to sweep but no luck.

Marius is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jones doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Marius.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
