Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Latka Gravas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trovador Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Latka Gravas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Trovador Ramos!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gravas cracks a nice hook into Ramos's ribs.

Gravas closes the distance and pushes Ramos back into the cage.

Gravas pulls guard successfully.

Ramos postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gravas is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ramos, into his guard.

Gravas lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Ramos is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gravas is controlling him.
Ramos wants to sweep but no luck.
Gravas engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Gravas has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ramos is wriggling around but Gravas manages to pass to half guard.
Gravas works his way into side control.

Ramos is looking for a sweep.
A lull in the action here.

Gravas tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Ramos takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Ramos can't do much from the bottom here.

Gravas is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ramos knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Gravas working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Gravas is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Gravas cracks Ramos with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Ramos takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Gravas tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gravas has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

You can see the frustration on Ramos's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Ramos is looking for a sweep.
Gravas grinds an elbow into Ramos's temple.
Ramos sneaks back into half guard.
Ramos trying to control from the bottom.
Gravas perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Gravas moves nicely into side control.
Ramos tries to buck Gravas off but Gravas is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Latka Gravas dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Gravas lands a right hand.
Gravas is struggling to control the position.
Gravas scores with a hook to the body.
Gravas scores with a shot to the side of Ramos's head.
Gravas stops a takedown attempt from Ramos.
The referee calls for Gravas to work.
Gravas scores with a hook to the body.
Gravas lands with a short shot to the head.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Gravas.
Gravas is working Ramos over against the cage.
Ramos is working for takedown but Gravas is calmly controlling the position for now.
Gravas lands a shoulder strike.
Gravas lands a nice uppercut.

Gravas ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gravas no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Ramos is breathing heavily.
Gravas manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The referee warns Ramos that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Gravas content just to control the position here.
Ramos can't escape the position.
Gravas tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Gravas's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Gravas seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ramos for as long as he can get away with.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Latka Gravas wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Gravas pushes Ramos up against the cage in a clinch.

Gravas manages to pull guard.
Ramos looking to sit in guard and control but Gravas gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Gravas pushes down on Ramos's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Gravas is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Gravas looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Ramos makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Ramos throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Gravas holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Nice body punch from Gravas.
Gravas working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Gravas lands a hook to the side of the head.
Gravas lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Ramos drops down looking for an ankle pick but Gravas pulls his leg out and moves away.
Latka Gravas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trovador Ramos.

Gravas moves into the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Gravas.
Gravas blocks a body shot from Ramos.
A short right from Gravas on the inside.
The referee calls for Gravas to work.
Ramos has Gravas pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gravas manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Gravas.
Gravas scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Gravas lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ramos or not.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Gravas creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Gravas lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ramos backwards.

Gravas lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Gravas landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.


Ramos is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gravas working over Ramos with some ground and pound. Ramos looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Ramos is still in real trouble! Can Gravas finish him?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gravas works his way into side control.
Gravas lands a few punches from side control.
Gravas creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Gravas is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ramos can do to turn this around?
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ramos is being controlled here.
Ramos seems to have recovered his senses.
Ramos is looking to reverse the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Latka Gravas dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Gravas lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Gravas dips a shoulder and cracks Ramos with a mighty uppercut! Ramos falls back against the cage and Gravas unloads with a barrage of strikes! Ramos is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Gravas screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Latka Gravas!
