Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Samurai Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hitokage Hakaisha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hitokage Hakaisha told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Samurai Jack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hitokage Hakaisha!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jack pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Jack throws a head kick but Hakaisha moves out of range.
Jack misses with a body kick.
Hakaisha avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hakaisha takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Jack moves to clinch but Hakaisha breaks away
and Hakaisha decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jack's guard.
Hakaisha works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Hakaisha tries to pass to full mount but Jack defends it.
Hakaisha missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Jack is staying active underneath Hakaisha, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Hakaisha has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Jack is trying to get back to full guard.
Hakaisha is looking to advance position but Jack won't allow it.
Hakaisha has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Jack avoids a series of strikes thrown by Hakaisha.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Hakaisha unloads with some shots from mount but Jack bucks and avoids them well.

It looks like Samurai Jack has been cut.
Hakaisha content just to control the position here.
Hakaisha is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Hakaisha is working for a guillotine from mount but Jack frees his head quite easily.

Samurai Jack's cut is getting worse.

Jack squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Jack slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Hakaisha looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Hakaisha missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Hakaisha wants to control but Jack is keeping him busy.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hakaisha working over Jack with some ground and pound. Jack looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Hakaisha prevents Jack from improving his position.
Hakaisha is thwarting Jack's attempts to control the position.
Hakaisha is trying to control the action in half guard but Jack is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Hakaisha throws a strike but Jack avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Hakaisha thows a big elbow that misses.
Hakaisha stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jack swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hakaisha postures up and lands a big shot to Jack's brow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hitokage Hakaisha dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Samurai Jack's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A head kick misses from Jack.
Hakaisha bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Jack prevents Hakaisha from moving into mount.
Jack is not content to let Hakaisha control the position.
Hakaisha creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Hakaisha tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hakaisha has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Hakaisha in side control, throwing shots but Jack defends.

Hakaisha misses with the ground and pound.
Hakaisha working the body and head with strikes.
Hakaisha wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jack keeps working.
Hakaisha wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jack, who protects the arm well.
Hakaisha tries to move to full mount but Jack actually manages to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hakaisha thows a huge punch but Jack dodges it nicely.
Hakaisha wants to control but Jack is keeping him busy.
Hakaisha passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jack!
Hakaisha throwing strikes here but Jack is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Jack tries to hold on but Hakaisha pushes him away.
Hakaisha trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Hitokage Hakaisha has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jack avoids a series of strikes thrown by Hakaisha.
Hakaisha controlling from mount.
Hakaisha landing strikes from the mount and Jack is in trouble!
Samurai Jack's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Hakaisha working the ground and pound effectively.
Hakaisha wants to control the pace but Jack is squirming around nicely.
Hakaisha is landing with some decent strikes but Jack is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Jeez, Samurai Jack's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Samurai Jack's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Hitokage Hakaisha!
