The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Patton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Patton wants to hit a switch here but Mopar passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Patton there!

Mopar catches Patton with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that bruno Mopar will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Patton ducks right into an uppercut from Mopar.
Patton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mopar tries to avoid it but Patton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mopar to the ground. Mopar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Mopar might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Patton postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Mopar is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Patton, into his guard.
