Nice sprawl there from Fernandes as Schofield shoots in.
Fernandes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fernandes darts in trying to clinch
and Schofield counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fernandes's guard now.
Schofield stands and throws Fernandes's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Schofield is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Schofield has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Fernandes is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Schofield yanks on the arm and Fernandes is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Schofield.
