Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pat Sajak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xiao Long Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pat Sajak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Xiao Long Li! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Li tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sajak swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sajak lands with a hook. Li tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Li throws a leg kick and Sajak counters with a series of strikes. Li will be more careful next time no doubt. Sajak cracks Li with an open hand slap. Li tries a head kick but it misses.

and Sajak cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sajak throws a sloppy body shot
and Li counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sajak! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sajak keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Sajak tries to hold on but Li pushes him away. Sajak is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Li prevents Sajak from getting the reversal. Li with shots to the head and body - Sajak looks very uncomfortable down there. Li looking to control and managing it successfully. Sajak can't escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sajak is working hard here to advance position. Li trying to control but Sajak is having none of it. Sajak is looking to get to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sajak bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Sajak pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Li is keeping the position for now. Sajak wants to stand and escape but instead Li has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Li looking to control the position here, rather than advance. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Li accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Li controlling from the top position. Li trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Li avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Li wants to control from the top but Sajak keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Pat Sajak will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sajak throws a shot from downtown. Li moves away and avoids it. A shot to the body from Li misses and Sajak counters with a nice uppercut. Oooooh!!! Sajak has knocked Li down with a huge combo! Sajak steps away and waves a wobbly Li back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Xiao Long Li has been cut. Sajak scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Li doesn't succeed with the takedown and Sajak counters with a nice uppercut.
Li is rocked! Sajak cracks Li with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Li falls to his knees and Sajak doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pat Sajak!
