The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eccleston looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lundgren is fending him off so far but Eccleston persists. Nope, Lundgren circles away and we're back to standing.
Lundgren thows a left - swing and a miss!
Lundgren gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Eccleston to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Lundgren wants to sweep but no luck.
Eccleston passes Lundgren's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Lundgren strikes from the bottom but Eccleston uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Lundgren tries to bench press Eccleston off him but Eccleston keeps the position.
Eccleston creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Eccleston lands a decent elbow from side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lundgren pushes Eccleston away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Eccleston gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Eccleston cracks Lundgren with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Eccleston gets to mount! Lundgren was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Lundgren wants to get back to his feet.
